The CARE program

The CARE program is designed to support, reward and assist you in your daily life, including saving you money. CARE services and special offers include telecommunications, food, entertainment, travel, insurance, home and education. With CARE through HomeSafe provides customers important support, at times when you may need some extra help.

 

HomeSafe is a 24-hour Emergency home assistance service that covers you for a list of emergency benefits & additional convenience/referral services for credit card holders only.  We will provide initial advice and arrange for the tradesman to your home, within one hour.  

 

HomeSafe is limited to ONE emergency intervention per year, every year (up to THB1,000, value) as long as you remember to renew, at no cost Service.

 

    Emergency Benefits includes the following:

 

1.Emergency Air Conditioning: in the event that air conditioning in your home completely fails or breakdown. The air conditioning system must have been properly installed, maintained and repaired as recommended by the manufacturer or installer.

 

2.Emergency Plumbing and Drainage: in the event of failure of, or damage to, the plumbing or drainage system, or the gutters and down pipes which will result in water drainage inside your home. This includes: burst pipes, overflowing water tanks, blocked wasted outlets (including toilets), and blocked drains.

 

3.Emergency Home Electronic Network Repair (caused by short circuit or thunderstorm): The sudden, unexpected and complete failure or breakdown of the electricity supply system.

 

4.Emergency Freeze and Water Heater Repair: The sudden, unexpected and complete failure or breakdown of the electric equipment.

 

5.Emergency Lost Keys for House: The loss of the only available key to the home so that you cannot replace it or get into your home.

 

6.Emergency Vermin Removal: If you need to remove snake, wasps or bees nests from your home.

 

    Convenience/Referral Services (for credit card holders only):

  Refers to Information, referral and/ or quotation appointment arrangement of the following services:

 

  • Emergency Services Referral (Police, Ambulance, Fire): In case of an emergency which you need assistance services, our Call Centre could provide you a phone number, we can arrange services on your behalf and you will be responsible for all of the service costs.

 

  • Taxi Services: In case you need to request a taxi, our Call Centre can provide a Taxi Hotline # or request a taxi on your behalf and the cost of taxi fee is responsible by the member.

 

  • Hospital, Medical Services: In case you need information about Hospital or Medical facility nearby, our Call Centre could provide a phone number or any related information.

 

  • Electric/ Electronic household Equipment Repair (TV, computer, stove,): In case of your TV, computer or any other household equipment that does not work properly, our Call Centre could provide you a phone number, information to a Service Center and also make arrangements to a service center to fix or repair your electric equipment. The member will be responsible for the service costs.

 

  • Gardening Services: our Call Centre could provide you information for Gardeners or request quotation, and make service arrangements for you at the cost of the member.

 

  • Home Repair and Design (Roofing, Painting, Wiring, Interior Design,): Our Call Centre could provide you information for Decorator or request quotation, arrangement for you. All cost would be responsible by the member.

 

  • Pest Control: If you are looking for any Pest Control Services nearby your home, our Call Centre could provide you information or coordinate a quotation or make arrangements in case you need to request for service.The member will be responsible for the service costs.

 

  • Pet Services: We could provide you information for Pet Services around your home.

 

  • Any expenses incurred without prior approval from the company.  By those who receive benefits must notify the company before any action.

 

  • Emergency or damage caused by the event that you are aware of the service contract protection is effective.

 

  • Cost of maintenance to be done is routine for the device or services within the home.

 

  • Company reserves the right to refuse to provide assistance.  If accommodation or services are not being in condition to maintain a safe and active.

 

  • Repair system or equipment that were not installed, maintained or repaired as per manufacturer’s instruction or misuse, modified to error or have a weak or ineffective due to manufacturer’s defect.

 

  • Material cost or wages covered by manufacturer, dealer or installation’s warranty.

HomeSafe is a free service provided by the CARE program where you can register at any BTS & MRT Station. HomeSafe is a 24-hour Emergency home assistance service that covers you for a list of emergency benefits & convenience/referral services for credit card holders. We will provide initial advice and arrange for the tradesman to your home, within one hour. HomeSafe is limited to ONE emergency intervention per year, every year (up to THB1,000, value) as long as you remember to renew, at no cost.

 

    How do I register for HomeSafe?

You can register at any BTS/MRT station at the HomeSafe by CARE registration personnel.

 

    Where can I get HomeSafe?

The free HomeSafe service by the CARE program is currently exclusive and only available at our sign up locations at BTS & MRT where we like to thank Bangkok residents that commute using public transportation.

 

    Who is eligible for HomeSafe?

You must have a valid Thai resident ID and fill in the sign-up form by providing accurate required personal information.

 

    When does my HomeSafe coverage start and end?

Your HomeSafe coverage is for 1 year starting from your enrollment date at no cost.

 

    Can you explain more about emergency home assistance?

HomeSafe provides home assistance for you anywhere within Thailand where you are experiencing an emergency that is under our list of coverable emergency benefits and/or convenience/referral services.  Please be sure to contact our hotline in the event of an emergency in order to activate the coverage.

 

    How to receive benefits in the event of emergency?

Please call the HomeSafe hotline immediately in the event of emergency at 02-305-4428. You will be required to contact the HomeSafe support team before incurring any expenses in order to get approval on any actions or services to resolve the emergency.

 

    The required supporting documents are:

    How do I terminate my coverage?

You may send HomeSafe a written notice with your personal info such as name and Thailand ID to terminate/withdraw from HomeSafe.

Note, that all non-winning HomeSafe members will be included in all subsequent draws.  Reregistration is not required or accepted as it will not provide you multiple entries into the draw.

 

Reward Terms

1. Register free for your HomeSafe membership on the webpage at https://finance.rabbit.co.th/care OR at HomeSafe service points at BTS, MRT and other locations from 1 November 2017 to 24 January 2018 in order to be entered into the prize draws.

2. RMI will get the information of customers who meet our criteria according to the details below.

HomeSafe VIP is free for customers who hold a credit card can win the following:

HomeSafe is free for customers who do not hold a credit card can win the following:

1. 100 prizes of 500 baht Rabbit Cash Voucher worth per month

2. RMI reserves the right to give prizes only to winners / participants / qualified and complied with our terms.  RMI has the right to suspend or cancel prize in the case the winners does not comply with the terms and conditions.  RMI will contact and reward all winners and/or donate to a charity organization(s).

4. Lucky draw winners will be contacted individually to collect prizes.  We will announce the list of winners on our website at https://finance.rabbit.co.th/care.  HomeSafe members can also call 02-009-4720 to check if they are a winner.

5. In case of fraud or misrepresentation, RMI shall terminate the winner’s prize without prior notice.

6. Prizes cannot be exchanged to cash or others.

7. The winners will be required to bring proof of identity with a copy of a valid ID card, credit card in the case for HomeSafe VIP draw and a copy of house registration.

8. RMI will contact the winners via telephone.  In case of unreachable more than 3 times, RMI will attempt to notify the winner by SMS.  If the winner does not respond to the SMS within 7 days, the prize will be considered as forfeited.  RMI will then reward a member on the spare list (10 extra names will be drawn for each lucky draw to be on the spare list).  If the spare list is exhausted, unclaimed winnings will be donated to a charity elected by RMI.

9. Winners of 10,000 Baht, 5,000 Baht and 1,000 Baht Emporium Gift Vouchers will be given at Siam BTS Sky Train Station. The Rabbit Cash voucher worth 500 Baht can be picked up at Siam Station or they can be mailed to your address.  If winners are unable to pick up their prize, please send proof of address to our email at info_care@rabbit.co.th.

10. No duplicate winners will be rewarded within the draws.

11. The winners of the prizes worth over 1,000 baht will deduct 5% tax of total value of the prize for the Revenue Department.

12. The Company reserves the right to change terms & conditions and rules without notice.

13. Employees and persons in Relevant Marketing (Thailand) are not eligible to participate in this program.

14. We reserve the right to promote and advertise through the use of print, photos or video of the winners for the program and prizes.  Participants / winners will be required to provide consent for RMI to utilize any information during the prize process in order to collect their prize.  RMI will not pay any additional compensation to the participants and winners or any other person during this process.
